Pop the rice onto boil 2. Coat the chicken in corn flour, salt and pepper 3. Fry until golden then set aside 4. To the same pan over a low heat add a splash of water, soy sauce, sweet chilli and ketchup. 5. Stir until a thick sauce forms 6. Add back in the chicken and coat in the sauce 7. Add the peas to the rice for the last 3 minutes 8. Serve up the riceu002Fpeas and add the chicken. Top with sesame seeds and spring onions You could easily meal prep this and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days!
