Delhi cabinet minister Atishi on Saturday, in a letter to the Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar, questioned how the officer who raped a minor was allowed to work in the Women and Child Development (WCD) Department despite complaints. Atishi also cited reports on sexual harassment complaints against the WCD official, accused of repeated rape of a minor. "If there were repeated complaints of sexual harassment against this officer, why was no action taken," Atishi wrote in the letter.
